We are excited to welcome a new associate attorney to Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman, Monique Alarcon. Monique’s practice focuses on our firm’s pharmaceutical lawsuits, complex and multi-district litigation, as well as our police misconduct and civil rights cases. She brings valuable experience to our firm from her previous position representing clients in civil rights violations against the police.
Monique is also a member of the National Lawyers Guild in Los Angeles, where she regularly volunteers at Skid Row in Los Angeles and Venice, helping run legal clinics. She also coaches the Moot Court Team at Loyola Law School’s Hispanic National Bar Association and serves as a board member for the Latina Lawyers Bar Association. In addition, she is an advisory board member for the Elder Law and Disability Rights Center in Santa Ana.
While attending UC Riverside, Monique obtained a B.A., double majoring in Sociology and Law & Society. She went on to earn her J.D. at Loyola Law School and was admitted to the bar in 2016.
With deep compassion, she enthusiastically represents a plethora of injured clients seeking justice against negligence and oppression. We are very proud to have her on our team, fighting for our clients best interests in their personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits.
